Introduction and General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 4qq platform ("4qq", "we", "us") and any person registered on or using this platform ("user", "you"). The 4qq.cam website and all services operated under it are covered by these Terms.

4qq is an online gaming platform offering casino games, slots, live casino and sports betting services for players in Bangladesh. Our goal is to create a safe entertainment environment while maintaining the highest standards of security and fairness.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per individual, household, device or IP address. Creating multiple accounts from the same person or household is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances being forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a serious violation and may result in account closure and cancellation of any pending withdrawals. If your information changes, you must notify our support team immediately.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorised activity on your account, notify us immediately. Giving third parties access to your account is prohibited.

Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before requesting a withdrawal. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit. 4qq reserves the right to hold a withdrawal for technical or security-related reasons.

3.4 Bonus Balance Withdrawal

The applicable wagering requirement must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Detailed terms relating to bonuses are described in Section 4 below.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

4qq offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Specific terms apply to each bonus, and by accepting a bonus you are considered to have agreed to those terms.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times (20x). This means you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before the bonus can be withdrawn.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,500 bonus. To withdraw that ৳1,500, you must wager a total of ৳30,000.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a set expiry period and the bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• To receive a new bonus after accepting one, the conditions of the previous bonus must be completed first.
• Bonuses apply only against actual mobile banking deposits — depositing with bonus funds will not earn a new bonus.
• If any irregularity or bonus abuse is suspected, 4qq reserves the right to cancel the bonus and review the account.
• VIP cashback and other loyalty bonuses are described separately in Section 5.

4.3 Referral and Special Promotions

4qq runs special tournaments, cashback offers and lucky draws from time to time. The terms of these promotions are published separately on the relevant promotion page and apply in addition to these general terms.

VIP Program and Loyalty Benefits

4qq's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback and special benefits are provided at each tier.

VIP tier upgrades depend on the user's gaming activity — 4qq regularly evaluates accounts and automatically promotes eligible users to the next tier. Cashback is credited to eligible accounts every Monday and no separate wagering requirement applies to it.

Gaming Rules and Fairness

All games offered on 4qq are powered by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which ensures that every outcome is completely random and impartial.

6.1 Game Rules

• Each game has its own rules and conditions, which can be viewed when the game loads.
• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the staked amount will be refunded.
• If your internet connection is lost, the game result is saved on the server and can be viewed after reconnecting.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, the server log will be considered final.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Playing games using bots, automation software or any technical assistance.
• Attempting unauthorised access to the game system.
• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system.
• Attempting to manipulate the system by colluding with other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.

Account Verification (KYC)

In accordance with our KYC (Know Your Customer) policy, 4qq reserves the right to verify a user's identity before processing a withdrawal or at any time it is deemed necessary.

7.1 Required Documents

• Identity Document: A clear copy of a National ID (NID), passport or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement or other government document (issued within the last 3 months).
• Payment Verification: Details of the mobile banking account used.

7.2 Verification Process

After documents are submitted, our support team will review them as quickly as possible. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. Providing false documents will result in permanent account closure.

Limitation of Liability

4qq will not be held liable for:

• Any loss caused by internet connectivity issues or third-party network failures.
• Damage caused by a fault or security issue with the user's own device.
• Loss resulting from unauthorised access to an account caused by the user's own negligence.
• Temporary unavailability of services due to system maintenance or unexpected disruptions.
• An error occurring in a third-party game provider's system.

Under any circumstances, the total liability of 4qq shall not exceed the current actual balance in the user's account.

Terms and Conditions Changes and Notifications

4qq reserves the right to change, modify, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will publish a notice on the website or notify you via your registered email.
